How to prepare For your Appointment?

General Preparation

Ensure outdoor water spigots and power outlets are accessible
Close all windows and doors tightly
Move vehicles away from driveways or cleaning areas
Remove/Cover fragile outdoor items

Concrete, Driveways, Walkways

Pressure Washing

Sweep away loose leaves or debris if you’re able
Clear the area of lawn equipment, bikes, etc.
Mark any cracks or damage you’d like us to be aware of.

Cleaning Services

Window-Cleaning

Remove window screens (if accessible)
Trim back shrubs or trees blocking access
Move fragile décor away from interior windows if inside service is included

Siding, Decks, Fences

Soft Washing

Unlock backyard gates
Trim vines or bushes touching the house
Remove grills or patio furniture (if possible)

Cleaning Services

Gutter Cleaning

Secure pets in areas where ladder access may be needed
Unlock gates for roofline access
