What is the process to book a service?
You can book an estimate online! Click the “Book An Appointment” at the top of the page, select the date you want to have us visit to give you an estimate, then fill out the form, and pay the $79 refundable deposit. That’s all! Then you wait for us to visit.
What is the deposit for?
The deposit helps us provide every client with the best service possible. If you decide to purchase a service, the deposit will be applied to your service costs.
Is the deposit Refundable?
Yes, the deposit is refundable if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise we’ll keep a $50 cancellation fee and refund the rest.
If you decide to not purchase a service, you can either receive credit for a future service or receive a full refund for the deposit.
Will a pressure wash damage my property?
We make sure any service we provide is appropriate for the location being cleaned. If you ask for a pressure wash on something that requires a soft wash, then we’ll recommend the best service to both clean and protect your property. It’s part of the quality, customer-focused service we aim to provide.
